Role Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Content Manager to develop engaging content, manage our social media presence, and ensure high-quality, impactful marketing materials. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who is passionate about youth education, skilled in digital marketing, and experienced in content proofreading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create, curate, and manage content across social media channels to promote programs, masterclasses, and global events.
• Proofread and edit editorial content in emails, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Analyze social media engagement and reach metrics, providing insights for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing content with organizational goals and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage actively with our audience on social platforms by responding to comments and messages and building a positive community.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms, especially within education and youth engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media for a brand, with strong copyediting and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving needs.
• Passionate about educational content and creating impactful youth experiences
