Social Media Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to optimize performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track growth and engagement.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and emerging social media trends.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
