Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the client and maintain good client service in line with established guidelines.
• Understand sensitivity of client engagements and maintain client confidentiality in line with set policies.
• Develop a good understanding of breadth of firm services offerings outside of personal area of practice.
• Demonstrate personal actions and behaviours within and outside the workplace reflecting own reputation and the firms brand.
• Foster and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture to support daily business activities and interactions.
• Draft credentials and reference letters for proposals.
• Update the proposal tracker as you go in relation to the proposals you prepare.
• Create Power Automate workflows for Marketing and communication team to ensure streamlined processes and productivity of work.
• Complete the prequalification process for clients effectively and in a timely manner as per the set guidelines.
• Complete time sheets on time as per the policy.
• Remain updated with the latest tools and technology for implementing in the assignments to execute efficiently and effectively.
• Active participation in all departmental meetings, trainings, team building, firm events/activities, CSR, etc
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to the job holder by the supervisor from time to time

Qualification and Skills Set:

• Any post graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in BD and Marketing
• MBA in BD/Marketing would be an added advantage
