Manager - Retail and Office fit-outs

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Retail and corporate fitouts (Civil and MEP). His experience can range from 6-8 years and should have worked extensively on multiple corporate fit-outs, Turnkey fit outs and Retail fit outs site and design coordination/ management.

• Experience 6-8 years
• Domain Corporate fit-outs, Turnkey fit outs manager, Retail stores Fit outs  design coordination (from Civil, MEP to overall finishes)
• Basic knowledge of Autocad, Excel and spoken and written communication skills
• Coordination with Retailers/ client teams for Office and retail stores
•        Coordination with the Developer's projects team for MEP drawings, Civil/ Shopfront/ ID drawings review and approval.
• Coordination with In-house leasing and Operations team for Design/ Civil and MEP coordination.
• Approved drawings management with the operations team.
• Monitoring execution at site with respect to approved drawings of Retailer/ Tenant.
• Coordination with on board Architecture consultant for closure on the ID and civil drawings review and approval.
• Monitoring and executing the developer scope of work (Retail stores and office) from start to handing over.
• Developer scope work scheduling and monitoring and preparation of BOQ.
• Experience in Retail stores handing over with awareness on the fit-out criteria checklist and store opening checklist. 
  

Apart from above, candidates should have specifically worked with a developer in the past with experience in Retail store design and office fit outs coordination and management at the site level.

Preferred candidate profile

Real Estate & Retail and Office fit-outs Experience Candidates are only preferable.
