Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Experience in B2B sales and software sales is a plus

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of RealBooks to clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Fluency in English and local languages is preferred

Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or an MBA

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.

Proficiency in accounting software, preferably RealBooks or similar.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
