Job Title: Manager/Officer - Liaisoning
Department: Liaisoning
Work Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience Required: 4-12 years
Age Limit: 30 to 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

CSEB Operations:

• Monitoring load increase and decrease.
• Managing Open Access, UI Bills, New Industrial Connections, and Bill Checking.
• Coordinating with all departments of CSEB, including CSPTCL/CSPDCL and CSERC.

Industrial Liaisoning:

• Engaging with SIPB, DIC, and Directorate for approvals and compliance.
• Understanding and applying Industrial Policy provisions.
• Applying for subsidies, handling Stamp Duty exemptions, and managing Udyam Akanksha registrations.
• Preparing and submitting online reports related to industrial operations.

Industrial Liaisoning:

• Liaising with Different Departmental Officials
• Connect with Town and Country Planning
• Connect with RERA
• Coordination with NRDA
• Coordination with Tehseel and Collectorate
• Land Acquisition Responsibilities

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
