Job Description
Real Ispat and Power Ltd is looking for Head - Sales, Marketing & Strategy to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and goals
- Identify potential customers, generate leads and follow up with them to secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service to ensure that customer needs are met
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new products, services, and features that could increase sales and profitability
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress towards achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and networking skills
- MBA/Any Graduate
- Proficient in Online & Offline Sales Planning and strategy
- Expand and lead distribution network for offline sales.
- FMCG food sector exposer.
