Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and create detailed specifications.
2. Documentation:
• Create BRDs, FRS, use cases, process flows, and prototypes.
• Maintain project documentation for future reference.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, developers, and testers.
• Ensure clarity in requirements and address queries promptly.
4. Process Analysis:
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
5. Testing Support:
• Assist in UAT, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with requirements.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Experience in ERP, CRM, or data analysis tools.
