Job Description

Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals, and other talent-sourcing platforms.
  • Leverage innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce challenges and implement HR solutions.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Partner with leadership on succession planning, career development, and employee retention strategies.
  • Support HR compliance and policy implementation across the organization.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HRBP frameworks, and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and systems, including ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
