Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Strategy and Operations

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Optimize cost structures while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Contract Management and Negotiations

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and partners.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Resolve contractual disputes effectively.

3. Financial Oversight

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions to meet targets.
• Monitor cash flow, credit control, and accounts receivable/payable management.

4. Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial professionals.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

5. Risk Management and Compliance

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and corporate policies.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.

6. Customer and Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company at external forums, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 8–15 years of experience in commercial management, with a track record in leadership roles.
