Job Summary:
- As the Lead - Marketing and Branding, you will be at the helm of our marketing and branding strategies, driving innovation and excellence to strengthen our market presence and customer loyalty.
- Reporting directly to the MD, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across departments to achieve business growth and brand recognition.
- Your role will be pivotal in shaping our identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and fostering a culture of customer-centricity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Drive the digital transformation of marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and reach.
Brand Management:
- Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
- Build and manage campaigns that highlight the company's diverse product portfolio and social initiatives.
- Cultivate the company's reputation through innovative and impactful storytelling.
Content Development:
- Lead the creation and execution of high-quality content in all forms, including written, visual, video, and interactive formats.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives while resonating with target audiences.
- Develop content strategies to enhance product promotions, customer education, and social initiatives.
Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with product teams to launch and promote new products effectively.
- Design go-to-market strategies tailored to our direct selling model.
- Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives to maximize revenue growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative culture that encourages creativity and accountability.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to drive company objectives.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand visibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Align marketing efforts with the company's social initiatives to create an authentic and purpose-driven brand.
- Develop campaigns that showcase our commitment to societal betterment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record in managing marketing strategies for FMCG or retail companies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and direct selling models.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good hold on content development in all forms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in launching and managing diverse product categories.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics preferably in the direct selling industry.
- Passion for corporate social responsibility and purpose-driven marketing.

- Increase brand visibility in media and online platforms.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing content.
- Execute successful PR campaigns and digital initiatives.

Educational /Professional Qualification:
- Post-Graduation / MBA
Work Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
