Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our dynamic marketing function. This role will oversee brand management, performance marketing, public relations, and creative content development. The ideal candidate is a new-age marketer with a strong B2B marketing mindset, a flair for creativity, and a proven track record of scaling businesses using innovative channels like podcasts, video shorts, blogs, and other digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with RED.Health's business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team to drive brand growth and market expansion.
2. Brand Management:
- Strengthen the RED.Health brand through compelling narratives and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Ensure brand positioning resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
3. Performance Marketing:
- Oversee data-driven marketing campaigns to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
4. Public Relations and Communication:
- Manage media relations, press releases, and external communications to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Develop strategic PR campaigns that position RED.Health as a thought leader in the healthcare space.
5. Content and Creative Excellence:
- Oversee the creation of high-impact content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, podcasts, and video.
- Foster creativity within the team to develop engaging and innovative marketing assets.
6. B2B Marketing Focus:
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives to support B2B partnerships, lead generation, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a blend of agency and corporate experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in brand building, performance marketing, content creation, and PR.
- Strong understanding of new-age marketing channels (podcasts, shorts, blogs, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in scaling B2B businesses with a solid grasp of B2B marketing strategies.
- Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
