Job Description

Job Title: AGM - Brand Marketing - ATL & BTL

Location: New Delhi, India

Reports to: Director, Brand Marketing

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic digital marketer to lead and elevate our brand website, app & loyalty program.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AGM - Cafe & Bakery to lead the marketing efforts for our cafes. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic and creative brand marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cafe Marketing & Coffee Marketing: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive footfall to our cafs and grow our online and offline coffee sales.

- Consumer Insights: Leverage data and market research to understand customer preferences and trends, using insights to shape product development, campaigns, and overall brand strategy

- Events & Partnerships: Spearhead brand activations, events, and partnerships with industry and likeminded collaborators to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Public Relations (PR): Lead the PR strategy to foster positive media coverage, enhance brand reputation, and manage relationships with external agencies and media outlets.

- Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the coffee community and beyond, creating initiatives to deepen customer loyalty and engagement.

- Product Innovation: Collaborate with the product and innovation teams to develop and launch new offerings that meet customer demands and maintain company leadership in the market.

- Activation: Develop and manage marketing campaigns and activations that inspire customer interaction and loyalty, across channels.

- Social Media: Oversee the social media strategy, ensuring that content is aligned with brand values, sparks meaningful conversations, and drives engagement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across operations, sales, product, and customer experience to ensure that marketing strategies align with broader business objectives.

- Budgeting & ROI: Manage marketing budgets effectively while tracking and measuring the success of campaigns, ensuring ROI aligns with company goals.
