Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports. Provide insights on financial performance and identify areas of cost control, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.Evaluate financial results and compare actuals to budgets, offering recommendations to senior management.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the companys financial stability. Monitor cash balances and ensure efficient cash management practices.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and industry standards. Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities. Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets
• Continuously identify opportunities for streamlining and improving financial processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
