Job Description
- To coordinate with banks on all financial needs of the organisation on a day-to-day basis
- Preparation of documents and presentation of projects to various institutions for funding
- Review financial data and prepare daily, monthly and annual MIS Reports and share with management
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should be having a minimum 10 years of experience in real estate / infra / construction companies
- Should be a Bcom Graduate
- Should have sound knowledge on preparation of documents and presentation of projects to various institutions for funding
- Should have good exposure in banking, equity funds and sound knowledge in cash flow preparation for project funding
- Should have excellent written and communication skill
- Should have own transportation
- Preferable age below 35
