Job Description
1. Only experienced female candidate needs to apply.
2. Age limit is within 35 years.
3. Candidate will be responsible to make outbound calls to our customers and provide them complete assistance to buy our product or services.
4. Also responsible for lead generation and attend the inbound calls from customer regarding sales related queries.
5. The candidate should have to do around 100+ calls per day including inbound and outbound.
6. Candidates fluent in English Hindi need to apply. Good written verbal Communication skills is a must.
7. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to the client/customers, promoting our company features and facilitating user engagement.
8. Engage in active listening to understand customer s needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information about our product or services.
9. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team.
10. Maintaining accurate records of the customer interactions, including call logs, leads and feedback, in the CRM system.
11. Need to initiate calls from the CRM which is integrated with our telephonic solution software.
12. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with
customers quickly.
13. Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal oriented.
14. Good Computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or
similar tools.
15. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time
effectively.
16. Previous experience as a Tele caller/ Telesales Executive/
Customer Service Executive (Outbound Sales) is a must with a
minimum experience of 2-3 years.
17. Must have the potential to achieve monthly goals.
No. of Positions: 1 number.
Location: Corporate office (Newtown, Kolkata) -1 opening.
Salary Package: Monthly Gross 15K 20K including PF, ESIC and
Mediclaim + incentives.
Notice Period: Immediate joiner or candidate with short notice period
preferred.
Others: Candidate preferred from nearby location. Not mandatory.
