Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team at Drone Tech Lab. In this role, you will oversee and manage the development, implementation, and execution of various drone-related projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met while adhering to high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of drone-related projects from concept through to completion. Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate efforts across various teams including engineering, design, R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to achieve project goals. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and maintaining momentum.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues as they arise. Manage and communicate project risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and minimizing disruptions to project timelines.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Prepare and present project status reports, including timelines, risks, and project health to senior leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project processes and identify areas for improvement in project management workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in drone technology
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of drone technology, UAV regulations, and industry trends is an advantage.
