Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

-  Assess clients' educational needs and learning preferences to recommend suitable  courses or educational resources.

- Provide detailed information about educational programs, including course structure, curriculum, fees, and enrollment procedures.

- Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for further follow-up and conversion. 

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM  system. 

- Assist clients in navigating the complexities of the stock market by providing  educational materials, resources, and tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related  f ield (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of share market fundamentals and investment products.
