Position: Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer.

• Sourcing Home Loans (For Purchase/Construction/Renovation of Residential House) product and implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes

• Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.

• Cross-sell LAP to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition.

• Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 1+ year/s of experience in mentioned products

Sourcing: Should have experience in DSA sourcing and Open Market Sourcing.
