Branch Manager - Micro LAP

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Drive achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity business development
• Market Penetration through direct/indirect marketing
• Manage and lead the Ro s at the branch
• Build, manage, and promote relationship with Channel Partner in order to generate new customer leads
• Ideating training the team to enhance the brand awareness and enhance sales
• Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
• Work towards building a credit-worthy portfolio at the branch

DESIRED SKILLS:

• A graduate / G in any discipline
• Must have team handling Experience
• Must have prior experience of 3 5 years in Micro LAP
• Must have good knowledge of the locale
• Good Communication Skills
• Should be able to understand the property valuation and legal and technical norms
