ABOUT THE ROLE
We are exploring a dynamic Marketing & Operations Associate to join our fast-growing NBFC team.

1. Financial & Inventory Management
- Meticulously manage marketing and operational invoices with precision and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory tracking systems for marketing materials and promotional resources
- Conduct regular inventory audits to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste
- Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation and reporting
2. Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing Initiatives
- Coordinate and execute innovative BTL marketing campaigns like exhibitions, events, etc.
- Collaborate with vendors for sourcing and production of marketing materials like gifts, kits, BTL collaterals, etc.
- Manage end-to-end campaign logistics, from material preparation to on-ground execution
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work seamlessly with marketing, sales, and external stakeholders
- Support integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives
- Foster strong communication channels across different teams and partners
Educational Background
- Freshers and recent graduates can also apply. Graduation is a must
Essential Attributes
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proactive learner with a growth mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Local languages like Hindi and Gujarati are important
- High standards of accuracy and integrity
Technical Proficiencies
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
