Sales Manager For Bio Char and Charcoal

Reports To: Regional Sales Head / General Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share for bio pellets in East India.
• Identify key market opportunities and develop action plans to penetrate new markets and increase sales in the region.

Business Development:

• Expand the customer base by identifying potential clients in industries such as energy, steel, cement, and biomass-based energy production.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities

Sales Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
• Develop pricing strategies and offer competitive solutions to maximize revenue.

Market Analysis & Competitor Research:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and potential areas for growth.
• Provide insights to the management team on market dynamics and opportunities for expanding the business.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Sales Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with the internal sales team, marketing team, and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and branding initiatives for bio pellets in East India.

Reporting & Sales Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on areas for improvement to increase sales effectiveness.
