Job Description

Sales Leader Digital Business

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the digital business, leveraging Actualize s core competencies and aligning with market trends and demands.
  • Identify target industries and customer segments to ensure strategic alignment with company objectives.
2. Client Acquisition
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the digital domain, with a strong focus on businesses establishing or expanding their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations to position Actualize as a preferred digital services partner.
3. Team Leadership
  • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team dedicated to the digital business.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and performance management to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
4. Market Development
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital transformation and technology services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
5. Client Relationship Management
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
6. Revenue Growth
  • Develop and achieve revenue targets and KPIs for the digital business.
  • Regularly report sales performance and pipeline updates to the leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills Education
  • MBA from a reputed institution is preferred, with a strong preference for candidates with a full-time MBA program.
Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the technology or engineering services domain.
  • Proven track record of working with service companies and acquiring clients in the Indian market.
  • Prior experience managing and leading a sales team, with a strong focus on driving team performance and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in acquiring and managing clients in the digital transformation space and growing revenue streams.
  • Familiarity with businesses establishing or expanding Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India is a strong advantage.
Leadership Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales teams, drive performance, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with C-level stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement strategies that align with organizational goals and market needs.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, market dynamics, and client requirements.
Results-Oriented Approach
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics for tracking performance.
