Sr. Recruiter

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical and competency-based requirements for each role, and design a tailored, effective recruitment process.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that meet the business s needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective candidate pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth resume screening, phone interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Leverage data analysis and market intelligence to make informed, data-driven decisions, providing regular feedback and insights to hiring managers.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter with hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience, especially in filling complex technical roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms and niche job boards.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly driven, energetic, and passionate about recruitment with a strong desire to achieve results. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive solutions autonomously.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
