We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for Cloud Sales, Cloud, and Infrastructure roles. You will play a critical role in building our employer brand and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, with a primary focus on Cloud Sales, Cloud, and Infrastructure positions.
Define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions for roles across the organization, especially in Cloud and IT services.
Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
Use HR metrics and data to track recruitment performance, analyze trends, and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Technology recruitment.
Promote the company s employment brand to attract top talent from both product and services organizations.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 6+ years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong focus on Cloud, Infrastructure, and Technology roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven track record of recruiting for Cloud Sales and technical roles related to Cloud and Infrastructure.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Knowledge of employment and recruitment laws and regulations.
Experience hiring for roles in both product and services companies is highly preferred.
