Job Description

Talent Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidates technical and soft skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Management: Facilitate offer discussions with candidates, manage negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
IT Hiring Expertise: Leverage your experience in IT infrastructure hiring to assess candidates technical skills in areas such as VMware, DevOps, Ethical Hacking, NOC engineering, and Desktop Engineering.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Promote the companys employer brand through candidate engagement and representation of the company culture during recruitment activities.

Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate recruiting, particularly in IT infrastructure hiring.
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT technical skills and roles, including VMware, DevOps, Ethical Hacking, NOC engineering, and Desktop Engineering.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving : Ability to assess challenges and implement solutions to achieve recruitment goals.
Ethics and Integrity: High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all recruitment activities.
