Who You Are
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to jointhe Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the CriticalStart umbrella, for our India operations. As a Senior Technical Recruiterspecializing in cybersecurity, you will play a crucial role in building ourteam of skilled professionals to drive our mission forward. You will beresponsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, from candidate sourcingto onboarding, with a primary focus on identifying top talent in thecybersecurity field.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract highly qualified candidates in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cybersecurity talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements, define job specifications, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to cybersecurity talent acquisition.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment practices, including data privacy and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, with a focus on cybersecurity roles.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, with prior experience recruiting for roles such as security analysts, ethical hackers, penetration testers, and security engineers.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with passive candidates in the cybersecurity field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Agency recruitment experience or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role.
