In this role as a Product Architect, youll be responsible for generating alternative package layouts that meet the high-level product targets and then working with the broader design teams and attribute leads to optimize and refine these layouts so that the right solution is chosen for the product. Youll also work closely with the various design teams and will be responsible for driving the engineering to design convergence process. This will require you to have an appreciation for the importance of styling within the product development process and propose creative solutions that meet the styling intent. Part of the role will require you to design mockups and prototypes to support user experience studies required to validate design and styling concepts. As the design progresses, youll be expected to work with the manufacturing and assembly teams to optimize the design for mass production and support virtual and physical studies to validate design ideas.

1. Lead Nextgen Tech:

• CoE at the organization level would provide technical consulting on implementation, design and more for the said challenge posed by the departments​.
• Help in assessing a solution​.
• Help in providing insights around the said technology and its pros and cons​.

1. Lead ERP, Testing & AMS - Senior Solution Architects

• Provide best practice and ideal recommendations on architecture and solution design to best server the organizations requirement​
• Share re usable templates and assets with a wider audience (sharepoint as a repository) ​
• Assist in re factoring designs to meet project/product requirements​
• Assist in providing quick re usable solutions/services

1. Lead Automation, Cloud & Full Stack - Senior Architect

• Scan the market, experiment rapidly, evaluate technologies, and present the same at the right podium​
• Demonstrate the technologys limitations and usability​
• Research > Experiment > Evaluate > Adopt and Productize a technology based on the un met needs of the organization as a pro active approach​
• Communicate every 14 days on the experiments and results to the wider audience​
• Publish results on the intranet.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform design, development, and support of existing and new products.
• Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements and product architectural solutions.
• Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.
• Work with Product Manager in planning and execution of new product releases.
• Consult business management team to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products.
• Work with domain, product management and product engineering teams in the solution engineering efforts.
• Work with pre-sales and product management teams in solution demonstrations.
• Maintain product roadmap and architectural standards that assure product development projects optimally align with business objectives.
• Define product validation policies so as to deliver products that meet system and project expectations.
• Facilitate the creation, review, and sign off of project deliverables.
• Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers.
• Assist technical team with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.
• Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features.
• Analyse market segments and customer base to develop market solutions.

Required Skills:

• Designing user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces
• Aware of BPMN 2.0, UML, ArchiMate and TOGAF Frameworks
• Certification on TOGAF or any Architecture discipline is preferred.
• Integrating internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience
• Creating prototypes and authoring detailed interaction specifications
• Working with user experience researchers to design and observe usability studies.
• Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements
• Working with visual designers to improve and refine product visual design and consistency.
• Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
• Experience & knowledge of agile methodology
• Self-motivated and initiative personality with a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, BCA, BSc Comp.) or Skill Certification such as CDAC etc.
• 15 + years’ Experience in a fast-paced technology products or services organization
• Should be comfortable working as an individual contributor.
• Good communication skills should be a team player & self-learner.
• Ability to manage / support multiple priorities.
• Strong creative thinking ability to always come with impactful and unique ideas.
• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization, in a fast-paced agile setup.
