Network Team Lead - CCNA/CCNP Certified (9-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage 24/7/365 network monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Diagnose and resolve network issues, coordinating with global service providers.

- Ensure global network availability and quick service restoration.

- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network uptime.

Functional Skills/Competencies :

- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco routing technologies.

- CCNA/CCNP certification is required.

- Basic knowledge of switching and firewalls.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7/365).
