RapiPay - Product Manager (4-5 yrs)

What you'll do:

- You will take on the role of a Wallet and Payments Product Manager in the Neo Banking App (NYE) product team reporting to the Product Head of NYE.

- Design and develop features and requirements from customers and business stakeholders for PPI Wallet in accordance with RBI compliance requirements.

- Work closely with banks and payment partners to create and design various payment solutions for the NYE app.

- Create UPI payments on the NYE app as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) - creating a new UPI handle, UPI API payment, security compliance for UPI, payment and collect request, chargebacks and grievance redressals.

- Enable Merchant side payments using payments links, payment gateways, RapiPay merchant wallet, UPI based QR code.

- Design payments using pre-paid cards and Debit cards - powered by RuPay network.

- Design the process to enable real time monitoring of payments, success and failure rates and fail safe switch overs and other methods.

- Design the customer grievance redressal process for payments, chargebacks, recon or settlement issues through NYE app.

- Work closely with the Finance Ops team to smoothen out the recon and settlement process.

- Own the project calendar by working closely with the development team and bring all tech internal and external stakeholders at one place to remove dependency and facilitate execution.

- Work closely with tech team in scrum meetings, stand-ups, grooming, retrospective, etc to facilitate execution.

- Report and own all the metrics related to payment performance across the NYE app.

- Receive customer feedback from call-center, marketing department, sales team to create and prioritize product backlog items.

Who you are:

- A product manager who has an experience in wallet or payments domain (atleast in one of UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Card processing or Payment Gateway) of atleast 4-5 years.

- MBA or a developer with relevant experience can also apply.

- Must be from Engineering background and should have an 4-5 experience in IT industry.

- Customer focus and an eye for details; experience in data driven decision making.

- Fintech Experience is a Plus.
