Agrizy - Product Manager (4-5 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in ERP or OMS to drive the development and execution of our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our fintech/ERP solutions.

- Market Research & User Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify pain points and opportunities.

- Feature Prioritization & Execution: Work with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, sales, customer success) to ensure product success.

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop GTM strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor product performance and iterate for continuous improvement.

- Compliance & Security: Ensure the product adheres to financial regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Fintech or OMS/ERP.

- Strong understanding of financial workflows, accounting systems, ERP modules, and payment processing.

- Experience in working with SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise software.

- Experience in working with B2B or B2C products.

- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, technical product requirements.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data analytics tools, A/B testing.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with AI/ML-driven fintech products, blockchain, or financial risk management.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS / ISO Standards in IT and related technologies)

- MBA or a relevant technical degree.
