Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced UPI B2B Product Manager to lead the development and management of our UPI B2B offerings & services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the banking sector, UPI product lifecycle management and partner needs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product features, manage business continuity by ensuring world class services, drive market strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to end merchant acquiring product lifecycle management.
2. Perform analysis and provide data-informed input into the product road map, develop product features, write clear, concise and comprehensive functional requirements, and coordinate project management and implementation activities and deliver first time right product to partners/customers.
3. Track and implement NPCI compliances and guidelines.
4. Collaborate with engineering team to build UPI acquiring products using Agile methodology. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.
5. Develop solutions to support the launch and growth of the merchant acquiring business.
6. Collaborate effectively across functions, including Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to deliver integrated strategies for targeted partners.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with acquiring merchants and payment aggregators and other key business relationships to achieve key milestones.
8. Cultivate a seamless partner experience by ensuring the smooth functioning of automated and manual processes.
9. Manage end-to-end integrations of partners.
10. Define and scope new product ideas leveraging internal technology and external vendor solutions
11. Manage internal compliance by ensuring no audit points are highlighted in the product/journeys offered and reporting requirements as required.
12. Consistently drive projects and initiatives to completion and towards achieving key performance indicators and targets.
13. Monitoring of key performance indicators for all the players which includes success rate, business volume metrics etc.
14. Market analysis / understanding of offerings given by other banks.
15. Build good relationship in industry including NPCI and engage with NPCI on POC/pilot on new features.

1. Strong product management skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in execution.
3. Proficient in using data analytics tools for market research and performance tracking.
4. Creative problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to UPI products.
