Manager - Talent Management
- Rapido, a leading technology-driven platform in the transportation industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Specialist to lead and drive the Performance Management System (PMS).
- This individual will be responsible for designing and executing strategies, frameworks, and tools that foster a high-performance culture, align with the organization's goals, and enhance employee engagement and development.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in performance management, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to implement innovative solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management programs and systems that align with Rapido's strategic objectives and values.
- Develop a PMS philosophy that drives accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders, managers, and employees to establish SMART goals for individuals, teams, and departments.
- Design and implement processes for ongoing check-ins, team goals alignment, and progress tracking to ensure goal achievement.
- Lead the end-to-end performance assessment process, including defining rating systems, conducting calibration sessions, and ensuring fair, objective, and consistent evaluations across the organization.
- Develop and implement programs to improve the manager-employee feedback cycle, ensuring continuous performance dialogue and recognition of achievements.
- Facilitate coaching sessions and provide training for managers to excel in delivering constructive feedback and conducting impactful reviews.
- Implement initiatives to ensure Rapido's PMS remains adaptive, relevant, and impactful, leveraging market trends and benchmarking to align with industry standards.
- Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the adoption of performance management tools and platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure proper tool integration, adoption, and utilization across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to identify learning and development opportunities based on performance insights.
- Facilitate career growth discussions and integrate performance outcomes with succession planning efforts.
- Dive deep into PMS-related challenges, identify root causes, and implement scalable, organization-wide solutions in areas such as goal-setting, team alignment, and performance evaluation.
- Benchmark against industry trends to ensure Rapido's PMS remains competitive and aligned with global best practices.
Experience & Qualification:
- MBA with progressive experience in Talent Management.
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical bent of mind and data-backed decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines
- Passionate, result-oriented with a strong bias for action
- Ability to interact with, & present to a variety of management within the organization.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, Self-motivated & has the ability to work under pressure
- Strong bias to action, solution-oriented, & ability to execute projects in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Exercises confidentiality, tact, & discretion.
- Ability to prioritize contending demands & support multiple partners
- Experience in running end to end of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluation, ongoing feedback mechanism.
