Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Resource team at a leading NBFC.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering talent development, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational growth through effective talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Development: Design and implement onboarding, training, and career progression programs to nurture employee growth.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and annual reviews.
- Succession Planning: Identify and prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles in collaboration with senior management.
- Employee Engagement: Create and execute strategies to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR and talent metrics to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR teams and business leaders to align talent initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Communication: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in talent management, HR, or organizational development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Core Skills:
- Expertise in talent management frameworks and industry best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement talent management frameworks from scratch.
