Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent through various job portals.
🔹 Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
🔹 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build talent pipelines.
🔹 Conduct technical screening and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
🔹 Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
🔹 Work in a night shift to support US-based clients.
Requirements:
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT, Engineering, Software, etc.).
✔️ Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa categories (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, etc.).
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
