Job Title : Salesforce Admin/Support

Required Experience : 6+ Years
Qualifications :
- Looking for a candidate with experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a support or system maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including user management, security, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
1. Salesforce Administration and Configuration :
- User Management : Create, manage, and maintain Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Security Settings : Configure security settings such as field-level security, sharing rules, and profiles to ensure data privacy and appropriate user access.
- System Configuration : Perform regular updates and adjustments to the Salesforce environment, including managing page layouts, record types, and workflows.
2. Automation Management :
- Flows and Process Builder : Design, implement, and maintain automated business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other automation tools.
- Workflow Rules : Manage and optimize existing workflow rules, approval processes, and email templates.
3. Reports and Dashboards :
- Reporting : Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Data Analytics : Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and relevant for business decision-making.
4. Data Management and Support :
- Data Import/Export : Utilize tools such as Data Loader to support data imports, exports, and updates.
- Data Quality : Perform regular data clean-up tasks and ensure data integrity by managing duplicate records and performing data quality checks.
5. Support and Troubleshooting :
- User Support : Provide day-to-day support to end-users, helping with troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on Salesforce functionalities, and resolving any technical challenges.
- System Maintenance : Regularly monitor the health of the Salesforce instance, ensuring that all features and functionalities are running efficiently.
6. Collaboration and Documentation :
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with various teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to understand requirements and ensure Salesforce solutions meet their needs.
- Documentation : Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, customizations, and processes, ensuring ease of use for other team members or future admins.
7. Customization and Optimization :
- Customization : Implement custom solutions where needed, including custom objects, fields, and triggers to meet the unique needs of the organization.
- System Optimization : Continuously evaluate system performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements or optimizations.
8. Release Management and Updates :
- Managing Upgrades: Stay informed of Salesforce releases and new features.
- Manage the testing and deployment of these features into the production environment.
