RPA Support Specialist (5-9 yrs)

Job Title : RPA Support Specialist

Experience Required : 5 to 9 years

Location : Hyderabad, India

Shift Timings : 3PM - 12AM

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Fine-tune and resolve RPA bot performance issues

- Diagnose problems, liaise with COE, and manage support cases

- Prioritize tasks and escalate critical issues to management

- Represent the RPA team in projects impacting services

- Provide ongoing operational support and improvements

Required Skills :

- 5-9 years of professional services experience (preferably in automation/analysis)

- Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere, V11, A360 , UI Path , Blue prism , Power Automate, Macros (VBA), SQLExcel/CSV commands, and error handling

- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables)

- Experience in a service desk or support environment

- Impeccable documentation skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AI technologies, Automation

- Involvement in RPA automation implementations

- Experience in fast-paced environments and RDLC methodologies

Scope and Responsibilities :

1. Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots

2. Provide problem diagnosis, using appropriate control tools Liaise closely with CoE group to resolve problems

3. Document, log and manage calls in the support management tool

4. Proactively manage customer expectations through either resolution of or updating on progress of their outstanding problems/requests and Ensure that all communication is accurate, clear and concise

5. Plan and prioritise own work and ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks

6. Identify and escalate problems to RPA Management and Team Leaders, which could have high impact to Business customers

7. Represent RPA support team on any project activity which may impact support services

8. Work effectively with immediate colleagues to complete allotted tasks

Initial Responsibilities AND Percentage of Time :

Documentation - 50%

Support - 40%

BA - 10%

Future Responsibilities :

1.Proactively engage in improvement initiatives through consistent review of processes/procedures

2. Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and process change activities

3.Define, analyze and craft requirements with users and develop automations/RPA project solutions

4.Following standard SDLC (proper assessment, requirements gathering, design, development, testing,delivery, and ongoing support) to build automated solutions for problems or processes that need improvement as identified by the business
