Job Title: Technical Solution Architect with RPA and AI.
Job Summary :
The Technical Solution Architect with RPA and AI is responsible for driving the end-to-end design and implementation of advanced automation solutions, combining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. This role involves designing intelligent automation solutions that address business challenges across telecom and banking sectors.
You will be leading technical teams to integrate AI and RPA in a seamless manner, optimizing business operations, and ensuring innovation in process automation.
- With 10+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in RPA platforms (e., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI technologies (i.e., machine learning, natural language processing, and intelligent automation).
- The role demands a blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and domain expertise, particularly in the telecom and banking sectors, where automation solutions can significantly improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Architecture :
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered automation solutions using RPA tools (i.e., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) combined with advanced AI capabilities (such as machine learning, NLP, and computer vision).
- Define scalable and resilient end-to-end automation architectures, leveraging AI and RPA technologies, to address specific challenges in telecom and banking sectors.
- Architect solutions that provide intelligent automation, such as automating decision-making, claims processing, invoice handling, customer interactions, and fraud detection.
AI & RPA Integration :
- Collaborate with internal AI teams and RPA developers to incorporate AI/ML models into existing RPA processes to enhance cognitive capabilities, such as document processing (i.e., Optical Character Recognition (OCR)) and natural language understanding.
- Create hybrid automation solutions by integrating RPA bots with AI models to improve accuracy and automate unstructured tasks within telecom and banking operations.
Domain Expertise in Telecom and Banking :
- Apply deep industry knowledge in telecom and banking to design automation solutions that streamline operations such as customer service, network management, billing, fraud detection, loan processing, and account management.
- Address specific challenges such as regulatory compliance, secure data handling, and transaction processing that are unique to the banking sector or telecom environment.
- Leverage RPA and AI to meet the needs of customer-centric applications in telecom (i.e., improving self-service systems, automating customer queries, network optimization) and banking (i.e., automating back-office functions, enhancing data-driven insights, fraud management).
Project Delivery & Management :
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions from proof of concept (PoC) to full-scale deployment and post-production optimization.
- Ensure smooth project delivery by managing resources, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct detailed assessments to identify automation opportunities, ensuring the designed solutions align with business needs and KPIs in the telecom and banking sectors.
Stakeholder Engagement :
- Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure the alignment of automation solutions with the organization's strategic goals.
-Provide executive-level presentations to communicate the impact of AI and RPA automation on business operations, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement :
- Drive continuous improvements by optimizing existing RPA workflows and integrating emerging AI capabilities into automation processes.
- Analyze performance metrics and assess the impact of deployed RPA and AI solutions to enhance processes further, ensuring consistent improvement in customer experience and operational outcomes.
Leadership & Mentorship :
- Lead a team of RPA developers, data scientists, business analysts, and other technical experts in the design and execution of automation projects.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members, ensuring best practices in automation development, AI modeling, and solution delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Governance & Best Practices :
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws (especially in banking and telecom).
- Maintain high standards of documentation for architecture, design, and deployment procedures, ensuring consistent governance across automation projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in IT solutions architecture, with a focus on RPA and AI technologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and scaling RPA and AI solutions, particularly in the telecom and banking sectors.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale RPA and AI initiatives, including solution design, integration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Expertise in telecom operations, such as network management, service delivery, customer care, and billing systems, as well as banking operations like loan origination, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
Technical Skills :
- Expertise in leading RPA tools (i.e., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, and IBM Watson.
- Strong programming skills, especially in Python, Java, or C#, with experience in integrating RPA with AI models and external systems (i.e., APIs, microservices).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and how to leverage these environments to build scalable, secure automation solutions.
- Familiarity with data analytics and Big Data technologies to drive data-driven decisions within automated systems.
Leadership Skills :
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to guide teams, manage projects, and collaborate with senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex solutions to business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to think strategically and design solutions that balance business needs with technological feasibility.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- RPA Certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- AI/ML Certifications (Google AI, TensorFlow, IBM Watson).
- ITIL or Six Sigma certifications (for process optimization).
