Vice President - Senior Living - Real Estate (20-30 yrs)

- Looking to hire Head of Senior living experience professional in Bangalore for a large real estate group.

- The organsiation is having operation in multiple cities within India, head quartered in Bangalore and expanding their operatiopn in senior living category.

- The candidate will be custodian for Land Acquisition, Project Development, Marketing & Sales.

- Responsible for full cycle of Project development in different disciplines ofsenior living Residential alongside Retail(hypermarket) and Hospitality for Pan India(weherever they have theor presence).

- Need a candidate with Bachelors degree in civil engineering with development experience along with sales and marketing accumen in this specific segment.

- Minimum 20 yrs exp is required.
