- This position requires managing a rotating shift schedule every 3 months.

Requirements:

- 6-7 years of experience in BPO operations, focusing on process management.

- Proven experience managing a team of 25-30 people.

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

- Must have experience in BPO operations-candidates from BPO backgrounds are required.

- Ability to work in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of a large BPO team.

- Develop and implement effective talent delivery strategies.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to address challenges and drive solutions.

- Monitor and manage KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance standards.
