Global Chapter Lead - Scripting & Low No-Code

The Global Chapter Lead for Scripting & Low/No-Code will lead a team of diverse software developers focusing on automating existing processes, calculations, and reports, using primarily Python, Rust, MATLAB, SharePoint and MS Power Platforms. This leadership role extends across various product teams (Pods) and interfaces directly with market-driven initiatives to ensure alignment of technical and business strategies.

The Global Chapter Lead will develop talent, forge academic partnerships, while crafting a clear technical vision, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices. Additionally, the Global Chapter lead takes on the role of a Product Owner (Pod Lead) in specific Pods, facilitating end-to-end delivery of Pods to deliver high value to Ramboll s business units
