Job Description
- Design and detailing of various fa ade systems and cladding types involving different materials and systems to meet the complex facade demands of the project.
- Analyze facade systems using advanced structural and thermal FEA software and prepare facade design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, as well as international and local codes related to facade design.
- Lead the RIN Fa ade Team to support all project stages, including design development and documentation. Mentor and guide fa ade engineers and designers with regards to fa ade systems development and performance requirements.
- Responsible for all project drafting requirements in compliance with internal QA/QC and client requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation throughout various project phases.
- Provide proactive problem-solving and demonstrate initiative to address design challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with a facade contractor or consultancy.
- UAE and international experience are essential.
