Role & responsibilities

The HR Executive Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various functions, from recruitment to separation of employees. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Looking for its CORPORATE OFFICE at Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job status, and benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in resolving any issues related to benefits
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Manager day to day HR Operations
• Assisting Performance Management Process
• Assisting for Employee Engagement Activities

Preferred candidate profile

1- 3 years of work experience in employee life cycle

Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates

Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards

Excellent Communication skill is must
