MIS: Role & responsibilities
Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
Tracking sales order to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Supporting the field sales team.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, Completing Paperwork and filing documents.
Resolving any sales related issues with SALES Team.
Handling Sales Team
Maintains App / Data in Excel Format
Coordinating with Sales Team regarding the Orders/delivery schedule
Prepare MIS reports on Daily/ Weekly/Monthly basis.
Updating Tracking MIS / APP.
Sales Coordinator wants to coordinate with B2B
Coordinating with Sales Team regarding the Orders/delivery schedule
Inform Clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Preferred candidate profile
1) English, Tamil communication & MS Excel
