Job Role:
• Managing and preparing all the LEGAL COMPLAINCES like Salary-Payroll
Register, Wages Register, Attendance Register, Pay Slip, PF, ESIC, Minimum
wages, P.T., and other Documentation
• To Hire, Train, and Manage employees while ensure compliance with labor
laws
• Preparing and managing documentation for ononboardingand exit formalities.
• Managing documents file of each employee in the company.
• Preparing Attendance and Salary sheets on daily basis.
• Managing leave approvals and data, holiday list, Inventory management.
• Planning and Executing activities employee engagement & motivation.
• Employee grievance handling and making the environment of the company
friendlier.
• Managing Company resources properly.
• Managing and resolving employees issues, concerns and conflicts
• Develop, Update and enforce the HR policies and procedures.
• Managing and communicating with other team members regarding work.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources
• Minimum experience of 1-2 yrs in legal compliance
• Minimum experience of 2-3 yrs in HR and Payroll
• Fluent written and spoken communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati
