Human Resource Generalist Executive

Job Description :

Review Job description & source CVs from different sources (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia and known networks, etc.)

Set up interviews, follow up with candidates, get evaluations done by managers & publish results.

Create employment agreements & execute employee initiation procedures.

Good knowledge of preparing/ updating HR policies

Arranging project review meetings and follow up with the teams

Engage in regular HR procedures like performance evaluation, team/ project feedback, etc.

Ensure employee compliance with defined HR procedures

Good communication skills (Oral & Written)

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree in any stream.

MBA/ Other certifications in HR will be given preference
