Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership Develop innovative, efficient, and aesthetically appealing designs for industrial and commercial projects.
Concept Development Create concept sketches, master plans, and detailed designs aligned with client requirements.
Architectural Detailing Ensure precision in drawings, materials selection, and execution for high-quality outputs.
Software Proficiency Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp for conceptualization and presentations.
Client Presentations & Coordination Engage with clients, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback seamlessly.
Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project managers for integrated designs.
Site Supervision & Execution Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed effectively.
Sustainability & Innovation Implement green building principles and modern architectural trends.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in industrial/commercial architecture.
Strong design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to lead a design team and mentor junior architects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
Knowledge of building codes, materials, and industrial architecture principles.
Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling end-to-end project design and execution.
