Job Responsibilities of Admin Manager

Job Summary:
The Admin Cum Liaisoning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the plant while acting as the primary liaison between the plant, local authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the plant.
  • Ensure smooth operations of office equipment, supplies, and facilities maintenance.
  • Oversee plant security and access control, ensuring safety and confidentiality of plant operations.
  • Ensure proper cleanliness and upkeep of the plant premises and assets.

2. Liaisoning with Government and Regulatory Authorities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the plant and local authorities, including Police, Labor, Municipal, Environmental, and health departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements such as safety standards, environmental policies, labour laws, and other statutory obligations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
  • Assist in acquiring permits, clearances, and approvals required for plant operations.
  • Represent the plant in inspections, audits, and meetings with regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues.

3. Health, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Ensure the plant complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the safety officer to organize training sessions and drills for plant employees.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental and safety standards, reporting any violations or concerns to relevant authorities.




Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.


  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an administrative or liaisoning role, ideally in manufacturing, bottling, or industrial plants.



  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of local government regulations and safety standards.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
