Crm Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management:
  Administer and optimize the company's CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to ensure proper data management and utilization. Ensure the accurate input and update of customer information, leads, prospects, and transactions.
• Lead Management:
  Manage and track inbound and outbound real estate leads and opportunities. Develop strategies for lead scoring, nurturing, and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
• Customer Segmentation & Personalization:
  Segment customers based on various criteria (e.g., demographics, behavior, interests) to help create targeted and personalized campaigns. Analyze customer interaction data to identify patterns and opportunities for better engagement.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Create regular reports on CRM metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and sales performance. Provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve customer interactions.
• Collaboration & Training:
  Work closely with the sales team to streamline workflows and ensure effective use of CRM tools in customer communications. Provide training to staff on CRM best practices and new features.
• Automation & Integration:
  Implement automated workflows, reminders, and follow-up sequences to ensure timely responses and actions from the team. Integrate the CRM system with other tools (e.g., email marketing, social media platforms) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Customer Retention & Satisfaction:
  Monitor client feedback and develop strategies to improve retention and satisfaction levels. Help develop post-sales strategies to ensure long-term relationships with clients.
