Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for Accounts Finance with expertise in export/import operations, Bank Guarantees, and Letters of Credit. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with international trade finance regulations, and support business growth by maintaining accurate accounts and facilitating smooth banking transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strong Verbal Written communication skills
- Ensure day-to-day management of all accounting work.
- Vendors and Customers accounts reconciliation.
- Provide daily / monthly / quarterly / annual MIS to Management.
- Knowledge of Fixed Asset
- Knowledge of MSME related work.
- Knowledge of Import Export Compliance Documentation
- Working Knowledge of Foreign Remittances and its compliances
- Proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in Tally ERP, SAP, E-invoicing, Book Keeping
- Knowledge of all Banking activities
- Working knowledge in LC Documentation, BG (Bank Guarantee)
- Fair working Knowledge in GST, TDS, TCS, Statutory Compliances
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles Financial Regulations
- Bank Reconciliations, Ledger Scrutiny.
- Knowledge of Site Expenses accounting
- Must have analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in Manufacturing sector will be preferred
- Coordinate with units HODs for receipt and timely reporting.
Qualifications Skills :
- Qualification : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting or MBA (Finance Accounting).
- Experience : 5-7 years of experience in accounts and finance, with a strong focus on accounting entry with finalization and related working on import/export and Banking operation skills.
- Technical Skills
- :
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of international trade laws, banking instruments, and financial regulations.
- Soft Skills
- :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
